There’s something powerful about taking initiative — gathering the right people and making the work exist simply because it should.

Here’s a pro-bono PSA series that I pitched and created independently for SOL-LA Music Academy, a Santa Monica nonprofit expanding access to youth music education.

The films ask a simple question: what does emotion sound like?
Kids reflect on the feeling, then express it through their instruments.

A reminder that music education isn’t just about learning notes.
It’s about giving young people a voice when words fall short.
